Shipping
Our goods are delivered exclusively via UPS.
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
- Delivery only within Germany incl. German islands.
- No shipping abroad.
- Each box set is sent individually, with a flat rate of € 4.99 per box.
Delivery period
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 2 - 7 working days (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If items with different delivery times have been ordered, we will send the goods in a joint shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
