At Tomo &, we've developed a new method for brewing non-alcoholic beer at Brewery Sander in Worms, Germany, preserving the taste of premium beer. Our brewmaster, Gunjo, has created a unique process using a special yeast, resulting in a refreshing, mild-bodied beer that’s alcohol-free. Unlike conventional methods that either halt the fermentation process or remove the alcohol afterward, our beer retains its characteristic complexity and freshness.
