Refund Policy

1. Returns for Convenience

  • Notification: Please contact us via email (info@tomo-and.de) within 14 days of receipt to notify us of your return before shipping.

  • Costs: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for both shipping and packaging fees.

  • Packaging Requirement: Due to the nature of glass bottles, products must be securely packed (in a condition similar to how they were received). We cannot guarantee a refund if the item is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed according to the number of items successfully returned and inspected upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Replacement: If a product is defective or damaged during transit, Tomo And will ship a replacement free of charge.

  • No Return Required: You are not obligated to return the damaged item to us.

  • Proof of Damage: To process your claim, please provide photos of the damaged product along with the shipping label visible on the box via email.
